ELGIN's headquarter is located in Taipei city, with other two sales office in Taichung and Tainan in order to providing closer service to customer in central and south Taiwan. An application laboratory is built up with professional specialists with decades-experience. To provide our customer comprehensive technical support. In order to provide best products on the right time, our independent warehouse was set in Chia-Yi to guarantee that all delivery will be efficient and under quality control and stock management.

Since 1992, ELGIN started to expand business to China, from South to North, total of five sales offices, two application laboratory and three warehouses were established for supporting all personal care manufacturers in China. Our China headquarter is located in Shanghai.

President and general manager Mr. Pei-Min Lee is invited by famous cosmetic industry magazine C&T, USA as consult represent Asia region.
